Kuldhara Village
Kuldhara village is situated at a distance of about 20 km from Jaisalmer city of Rajasthan which is considered to be cursed not from today but from ancient times. According to legend, Brahmins used to live in this village but the Diwan had a dirty eye on the girls of this village and used to do as he pleased with them.
Due to this fear, all the Brahmins left the village and before leaving they cursed that this village will never be inhabited. After some time this village became empty and even today no one lives here nor dares to settle. Now this village has become a ruin.
Roopkund Lake
You may not believe it, but there is a lake in Uttarakhand, India which has been considered a cursed and scary place for centuries. Yes, Roopkund lake situated in the lap of the Himalayas is a cursed lake.
It is said that skeletons are spread all around this lake. Till now no one has been able to tell where these skeletons came from. Many people believe that this is a cursed place where thousands of people were buried. Even today no one dares to go here.
Gandharvpuri Village
Madhya Pradesh, the state known as the heart of India, is famous for not just one but many holy places in the world, but Gandharvapuri village located in this state is also included in the cursed places of India.
There is a story about this village that centuries ago King Gandharvsen ruled over this village, but due to some reasons he cursed and this entire village turned into stone. It is said that even today the village exists thousands of kilometers away. Even today no one wants to settle here.
Pithoriya Village
This cursed village is not present in any other state of India but in Jharkhand. Pithoria village, located about 20 km from Ranchi city of Jharkhand, is a cursed village.
It is said that a person named Vishwanath Nath was forcibly sentenced to death. After this incident, Vishwanath Nath cursed the village that lightning will keep striking here and the fort present here will become deserted. Within a few days of this curse, its effect started showing and people also left the village.
