Paratha Wali Gali
Along with shopping and historical heritage in Delhi, Paratha Wali Gali located in Chandni Chowk also needs no introduction. Shops have been set up here since 1872 and many Bollywood stars including former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru have tasted parathas at these historic shops. 40 varieties of parathas are available here, which are not made on tawas but in a kadhai. You will never forget the taste of the delicious parathas here.

, but the situation here is the opposite. We are talking about the curd and paneer sholay available in INA market. The shops here are small, but the dishes are very famous. Hearing the name, you must be thinking what kind of ‘sholay’ are these! Pandit Ramsharan Sharma’s shop here is quite old. There are some other shops too, where people come from far off places to eat these sholay. Deepak Kumar, who has been running the shop since 2013, says that he has been running the shop since 2013. ‘Sholay’ is also a kind of bread roll, which is made in a different way. So the next time you go to INA, do taste the sholay.

Khan Market’s Mutton Kebab
